Once you are ready to move forward with a lease on an apartment download an application form and lease guaranty form, complete the forms and email them to infolimelightapts@gmail.com. WHAT UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED IN THE RENT?
Internet, trash, water and sewer are all included in the rent. All other utilities are paid directly by the tenant.

WHERE IS THE LAUNDRY LOCATED?
There are three (3) sets of coin-operated washers and dryers located on the first floor of the building.

HOW IS THE BUILDING SECURED?
All entrances to the building are locked and monitored by security camera. Access can only be obtained with a key or wireless key tag (FOB). All public areas in the building and the parking lot have security cameras.

You will be given access to pay your monthly rent online.

DO YOU HAVE PARKING AVAILABLE?
Yes, there is a surface parking lot located directly behind the building. Parking spaces can be reserved on a first come, first serve basis for an additional monthly fee.

DO YOU HAVE BIKE STORAGE?
Yes, bike storage is available in the front lobby at no additional charge. Stalls are available on a first come, first serve basis.
